Some new tweaks

We’re still working some features and balancing weapons and perks, but progress is being made. We are advancing at a slow pace right now, but things are starting to take shape.
In this minor update the following features were added:
- Weapons and perks now have real stats and they affect each other: weapons have disadvantages on perks and viceversa.
- Production cost is implemented, but not enabled right now.
- Added a monolith or tower, called rush point, that you can destroy and it slows down or haltes production on the adjacent enemy base.
- Added icons of perks and weapons a robot is currently using. It can be toggled on or off.
